The brief:
Taiwan has its own military, currency and immigration controls. Despite these hallmarks of nationhood, the island of 23 million people cannot join the United Nations or observe the events of U.N. organizations.
Make an online film (60 seconds) that should address that UN should recognize Taiwan as a member of UN. Create a movement!
First target group: The people of the world
Second target group: The delegates of UN
The jury will look at three judging criterias:
1) Idea (will it work, is it unique, do people want to see it/share it) 50%
2) Insight/strategy (does the film solve the challenge/problem/brief) 30%
3) Execution (will the team be able to make a film in Cannes) 20%
請選手於一點半前完成交片，以各種方式將檔案交給大會人員輸入電腦即可。（現場一點開始就有人員接受交片。）
